Ingredience
8 ředkviček
1/2 (ledového) salátu
1 středně velká mrkev
50g nivy neno 40g modřenína
na dresing
40g majonézy
50g zakysané smetany
1 KL octa z červeného vína
1 malá šalotka
1/2 KL worchestrové omáčky
špetka soli a čerstvě mletého pepře
(* KL - kávová lžička)
Postup
Ředkvičky nakrájejte na plátky, salát na kousky a nivu na kostičky. Oloupejte slupku mrkve a pomocí stejné škrabky ji jakoby loupejte dál. Vytvoříte tak pěkné mrkvové pentle. Zeleninu a sýr dejte do mísy.
V misce smíchejte majonézu, smetanu, ocet z červeného vína, worchestr, sůl a pepř. Přimíchejte oloupanou a jemně nakrájenou šalotku. Promíchejte se zeleninou a zeleninový salát podávejte.
Tipy
Před konzumací salát smíchaný se zálivkou skladujte v lednici maximálně jednu hodinu. V jiném případě skladujte salát a dresing zvlášť.
